Job Specification: Marketing Manager

Company Introduction:

Ficus Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is an agro-biotech company that produces saplings of various plants through plant tissue culture technology. Our products are saplings of Banana, Paulownia, Pineapple, Strawberry, Bamboo, Potato seeds etc. We have production facilities in Budhanilkantha Municipality- 2, Kathmandu and Gauradaha Municipality, Jhapa. 

Education level: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent

Experience: 2 years of experience in sales 

Requirement: We are looking for candidates with following qualities

• Strong command in written and spoken English and Nepali language
• Strong n presentation, negotiation and planning skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting principle and know how to use tally software
• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Ability and drive to close out deals
• Willing to travel outside of Kathmandu for marketing 
• Basic Knowledge of accounting and able to maintain clear account of sales
• Know-how of plants handling is plus point

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the directors in establishing and recommending realistic sales goals for the company
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Explore new markets for sales
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Travel to various districts of Nepal for marketing 
• Maintain clear account of sales and purchases
