Requirements:
- Masters Completed
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in managerial position
- Should possess overall knowledge about HR management, budgeting and control
- Ability to lead the organization and the staffs
Job Description:
- Involving in planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling
- Conflict management
- Acting as a mediator between management and employess
- Motivating the employees and training them as per the necesity
- Looking after the overall functions of the organization
