VACANCY NOTICE

Tewa, only Women's Fund in Nepal invites applications from visionary and committed Nepali women for its leadership position as the Learning, Monitoring & Evaluation Manager (LM& E). The LM&E Manager takes the lead role in managing Tewa’s Learning, Monitoring & Evaluation (LM& E) portfolio which also includes knowledge management.

LM&E Manager requires ability to plan overall responsibilities of developing and strengthening Tewa’s LM& E system, which includes management and enhancement of framework and tools; data harnessing; analyzing and disseminating impact of the grants awarded. The LM& E Manager works closely with other Programme Managers and Officers of Tewa to support each other in meeting common goal of Tewa. 

Qualification and Experience

  • Post-graduate from recognized university (Master's degree in Sociology/Social Work preferred)
  • Good understanding of LM& E-portfolio - impact assessment, research, knowledge management.
  • Should have minimum 3 years work experience related to LM& E - working closely with communities using LM& E tools.
  • Ability to arrange field visits and able to facilitate group discussions, interaction and relevant activities. 
  • Knowledge of applying strong analytic skills to measure impact of grantees' projects and extract useful information/data from monitoring and evaluations assessment.
  • Strong analytic skills for managing overall systems of LM& E.
  • Proficiency in operating computer and information technologies; knowledge of data management software preferred.
