We are looking for passionate, positive and energetic instructors for Rillmark Academy, a young and vibrant IT training institute situated at Maitidevi, Kathmandu.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional position in respective fields, experience with teaching is a huge plus.
- Proficient in English and Nepali
- Eye for details, creative and persuasive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide proper instruction method according to the need of learners
- Setting standards, establishing goals and measuring what students learnt from classes
- Maintaining records of each student.
- Design and implement courses that are up to date
- Use multimedia and other tools in the classroom for effective teaching
- Create and maintain a professional and cordial learning environment
- Make sure that students are employable by the time they complete their courses.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in respective field preferred.
- Passion for teaching
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
