Detailed Job Description / Requirements (Nepal’s first career portal with an approach of creating a meeting point for the employers and the job seekers where each aims at meeting their individual requirements) invites application from the competent, committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic Nepalese candidates in the capacity of Indoor Sales for our client company.

Position: Indoor Sales (Male)

Working Hour: 10 AM to 7 PM (6 days a week)

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • +2 graduate with few months of work experience. Freshers can apply. 
  • Personal Transport (Two wheelers with license)
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Good communication skill and Sales skill 

Salary: Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 15,000 (Monthly)


  • Follow rules and regulations set by the company.
  • Deliver the best Customer care and Customer satisfaction.
  • Display of the store, Cleanliness and Routine maintenances of goods.
  • Check goods quality and standard before displaying them.
  • Coordinate with the staffs to solve the customer problems.
  • Greet customers with NAMASTE, HI and Hello.
  • LISTEN carefully to what customers want.
  • Introduce new products and ideas.
  • Advice customers and offer the right products to them.
  • Stay within the discount authority and contact superiors for additional approval.
  • Help in moving and carrying the goods and products.
  • Confirm order and manage for delivery.
  • Maintain possible new customer records.
  • Follow up calls to the customers.
  • Involve in sales promotions and salesmanship.
  • After Sales service.
  • Develop services and ensure effectiveness.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing items are in perfect condition and have the accuracy of quantity.
  • Check, receive and issue the goods.

In addition, the following will be a major part of the duty:

  • Follow rules and regulations set by the company.
  • Follow the directions of immediate supervisors and ask them for any help.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales target. 
  • Help supervisors in stock taking as per schedule.
  • Account Receivable control and maintain credit.
  • Summarize working problems and report supervisors for the solution.
  • Suggest new ideas for furniture import to the superiors
