Job Description

  1. Plan and implement new HR policies.
  2. Look after employee’s performance appraisal and suggest necessary compensation.
  3. Advise management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures.
  4. Ensure HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and labour laws and regulations.
  5. Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
  6. Formulate company-specific HR strategies.

 

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of experience in HR.
  2. Previous HR experience in an international company, preferably in IT company.
  3. Problem solving skills: The ability to identify problems and suggest necessary solutions. The applicant must have the experience necessary to understand what solutions have worked in the past and about how to improve upon past mistakes.
  4. Communication skills: The applicant needs to be a people's person.
  5. Conflict Management skills: The applicant needs to be a good negotiator and mediator. They need to patiently listen to both sides and resolve the issue in a respectful and appropriate way.
  6. Organisational skills: The applicant needs to be a great planner, team player and need to pay attention to details. 
  7. Decision-making skills: The applicant needs to analyse the situation and make the best decision.
