A Local, Non-profit organization is looking for the following position. 

Position: HR/Admin Manager (Male)

Level: Senior/Mid Management 

Qualification and requirements:

  • Master degree in Management /Business Administration preferably with HR Specialization 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR/ Admin
  • Should have good command in both written and verbal in English and Nepali language.
  • Should possess extensive knowledge on existing Labor law of Nepal
  • Should have sound knowledge on recruitment processes, payroll management, performance appraisal, Human Resource policies and practices, HR strategy execution, compensation claims, etc
  • Able to handle the grievances and complaints effectively
  • Skill for negotiation and conflict resolution  including Trade union
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and achievement oriented
  • Willingness to contribute towards the organization which is relevant and beneficial to disadvantaged group

Salary:  Gross Rs. 32,000- 39,000/ month 

Additional benefits:

  • Dasain Allowance: One-month basic salary
  • Insurance: Accidental, Medical, Hospitalization
  • Maternity Leave/ Paternity Leave

Work days: 6 days a week

Work hours: 9:30 am - 5:30  pm

9:30- 4:30 winter schedule ( 3 months)
