PHASE Nepal is a not for profit NGO established in 2006 by a group of development professionals dedicated to supporting poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. For the last 12 years, PHASE Nepal has been implementing Health, Education, and Livelihoods improvement programs in Humla, Bajura, Mugu, Gorkha, Kathmandu, and Sindhupalchok districts. Currently, PHASE Nepal's projects on health, education, livelihoods, DRR, and research are funded by the number of institutional and individual donors from different countries. PHASE has over 140 staff working on different projects.

PHASE Nepal is going to start its project " Leave No One Behind: Reaching the most vulnerable with social and Livelihood" in Four Gaunpalikas (Tsumnubri, Dharche, Gandaki, Ajirkot) of Gorkha District.

PHASE Nepal is looking for suitable candidates for the following position:

Position: Gaunpalika Coordinator

Number of positions: Eight

Duration: Initially 3 months with possible extension to 20 months.

Gross Salary and Benefits: Nrs. 40,000 per month (plus remoteness allowance based on working area) plus 10% provident fund, provision of gratuity, festival bonus plus health and accidental insurance benefit.

Qualification & Experiences: Bachelor's degree in any related stream (management, business studies, rural development, social sciences, politics, law or any technical field) with minimum 1 year of experience in Government/NGO/INGOs in the similar capacity. The position will focus on local level coordination, planning, community mobilization, and project implementation. Fluency of both written and spoken in English and Nepali language is essential. Should be familiar with windows packages.
