One of the reputed cleaning service company in Kathmandu is seeking for the competent, qualified and experienced candidate for the following position:

1.   Position: Front Desk Assistant

Duty Station: Lalitpur

Qualification and Experience: Should have completed Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably in management) with minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity.

Salary: As per the company policy

 Job Responsibilities:

·      Welcome and greet the visitors and guest.

·      Answering incoming phone calls, note messages and provide information  as required

·       Maintain record-keeping, indexing, and systematic filing system

·        Provide administrative assistance to the managerial staffs.

·        Maintain calendar of schedules and facilitate in the arrangement of any      events, meetings or seminars.

·         Book domestic flight for the managers if required

·         Maintain visitor’s logbook and keep record in the database.

·         Maintain inventory and stock record in the database.

·         Perform any other task as and when required.

Job Specification:

·  Should have good knowledge of MS packages (MS word, excel and PowerPoint).

·  Should have fluency in both verbal and written Nepali and English language.

·     Flexible with office time shift

·      Ability to handle the multi task and work pressure

·      Should be humble and polite

·       Candidate with two-wheeler license is given preference.
