Vacancy announce of Project Officers and Peer Educators for “Women Health and System Strengthening Project” in 4 districts of Nepal

Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) is going to implement the “Women Health and System Strengthening Project” in Sarlahi, Rauthat, Udaypur, Sunsari districts and Koshi Zonal Hospital, Biratnagar representing province # 1 and 2 over a 3 years period with the funding support from ADRA Nepal. The goal of the proposed project is to improve the health of Nepalese women and girls and enable them to lead productive lives in their families and wider community in the project implementing district of Nepal.

BWSN invites applications from interested and eligible candidates (Nepali Citizens only) who have the ability to deliver results with highest level of integrity and who value diversity for the following position(s):

Position: Field Officers: 2 (one for Sarlahi & Rautahat & one for Udaypur, Sunsari & Koshi Zonal Hospital, Biratnagar)

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s in public health/ Social study preferably BN/B.Sc. Nursing; With 3 years' experience in health projects/programs especially in women health.
  • Working experience from I/NGOs and multi donor agencies preferred.
  • Good interpersonal communications skills, ability to work as a team player, self-management skills and willingness to travel in remote areas of districts. 
  • Having driving license of motor bike or Scotty.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 10+2 Pass or equivalent
  • Similar working experiences with a government or non-governmental organization will be preferred.
  • Strong inter and intra personal communication skills
  • Priority will be given from the working Palikas
  • Well-known of the local Language.
  • Having driving license of motor bike or Scotty.
