Expression of Interest

International Alert hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent audit firms for the procurement of audit service to conduct statutory audit for the period covering from July 2018 to June 2019 as required by the income tax act. 

Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI to the address indicated below. The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information: 

1. Summarised Firm Profile
2. At least 5 years of practicing experience in undertaking similar assurance service in international organizations.
3. Audit firm with capacity to deploy adequate staff for timely completion of assignment.
4. VAT registration certificate
5. Certificate and renewal of membership, firm registration and certificate of practice (CoP) 
6. Tax clearance certificate 
7. Technical and Financial Proposal
8. Updated CVs of the experts to be engaged in the assignment

International Alert reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI or in solicitation process. Please submit the above in sealed envelopes, clearly marked as “Expression of Interest for Provision of Audit Services” or send in email at nepal@international-alert.org  by 7 June, 2019.
