EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Good Neighbors International(GNI) Nepal and ICCO are grantees under the "European Union Support to the Competitiveness of Quality Coffee in Nepal" and are working for the promotion of coffee sector in eight districts of Nepal. GNI Nepal in partnership with Beautiful Coffee Nepal is implementing “Coffee Value Chain Development Project” in Kaski, Syangja, Palpa, and Gulmi districts, whereas, ICCO in partnership with CEAPRED & Nepal Coffee Producer’s Association (NCPA) is leading “Hamro Coffee” project in Nuwakot, Kavrepalanchowk, Sindhupalchowk, Lalitpur, Kaski, and Syangja districts.
National Tea and Coffee Development Board (NTCDB), GNI Nepal and ICCO are jointly planning to develop and establish the Management Information System (MIS) of the coffee sector in Nepal. The database management system hence established is anticipated to be useful for all stakeholders involved in the coffee sector for effective planning and implementation of coffee related interventions in the country.
Therefore, GNI Nepal and ICCO jointly invite Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested IT companies/firm(s) for designing, developing and deploying the MIS which will be owned and operated by NTCDB.

Interested and eligible consultant/firm(s) can forward Expression of Interest (EoI) incorporating technical and financial proposals via email to eoi.gnicco@gmail.com marking "EOI for Management Information System’’ in subject line or drop it at Good Neighbors International Nepal, Ekantakuna – 13, Lalitpur or send to GPO: 8975, EPC 1605, Kathmandu, Nepal by21 April 2018 17:00 hrs.

GNI Nepal and ICCO reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the selection of service provider.
