The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is the global humanitarian organization of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Through an international network, ADRA delivers relief and development assistance to individuals in 130 countries—regardless of their ethnicity, political affiliation, or religious association. ADRA in Nepal works in livelihood, health, education and disaster risk management sectors. Currently, ADRA Nepal has been implementing its programs in 21 districts of the country.

Development of Learning Document
Based on Impact of Result Oriented Leadership Development Program (ROLDP) in different projects implemented by ADRA Nepal
ADRA Nepal calls for expression of interest (EOI) to conduct study and prepare a learning document based on impact of Result Oriented Leadership Development Program (ROLDP) in different projects implemented by ADRA Nepal. ADRA intends to develop a Learning Document: a strategic and knowledge management product and for the same , ADRA Nepal seeks consultancy service from eligible individual consultant to perform this assignment. Refer to ToR at https://drive.google.com/open?id=1fPjhyi9MO5ePCCbLR-Xmk_DNPUdbXsKw for detail of the assignment. Interested consulting firms/individuals having previous experience of carrying out such works, surveys, research studies and meeting other knowledge and skills mentioned in ToR are requested to apply for the service by 22 January 2018 .
Eligible individual consultant or firms can submit their application at recruitment@adranepal.org or drop hard copy at ADRA Nepal country office located at Sanepa, Lalitpur, P.O. Box 4481 with the subject line “application to conduct effectiveness of ROLDP study” . Applications received after deadline will not be considered.
