Details Job Description and Requiremnt: 

Education Qualification: 

Diploma, Bachelors (Preferably from Technical backgraund) & MBA (Preferable), but not mandatory 

Position: Executive- Sales & Marketing (Male for Marekting and Female for sale applicants will given priority)

Working Hours: 10 am to 5 pm 

Salary: 180,000 to 240,000 per annum (Salary will be revised after the probation period)

Work Experiance: 

1 year of work experiance in Educatuon & Training/ Retails/Service vertical (retails sales). Fresher candidates can also be considered

Nessesary Skill Set (Technical/Soft Skill):

Self-initiator, willing to travel. Descipline in approach. Pleasant personality and having a flair for sales (focus on Education & Training vertical-desirable, but not mandatory). Ability to engage Principals, HODs of colleges and school. Matured in outlook with excellent presentation and communication skills. A professional with the ability to open and closed a sales call. Good understanding of Education sales.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Spoken and Written English
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
  • Experience in Academic Counselling is preferred
  • Should be able to handle overall sales and marketing activities of the company
  • Willing to work in the field (inside / outside the valley) if required by the company
  • Digital Marketing trained (not mandatory but preferred)

Job Description:

  • Generate and manage business leads
  • Dealing, building and maintaining relationship with potential customers
  • Follow and achieve company’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Analyzing and researching sales possibilities to achieve the target given by the company
  • Planning & conducting events & activities coordinating with other employees of the company
