Officer - Technology Support

    Minimum Duties & Reposibilities;

• Should be Engineering Gradudate or Guaduate in Science with atleast 2 years Experience in   field of Information Technology (IT Hardware & Software) and Integrated Technology.
• Should be able to Monitor & Manage Day-to-Day IT Projects & Field Support Operations.
• Should be able to execute an provide Training and Support to Clients as required.
• Should have strong working knowledge and experience in installation, configuration and support on Computer hardware equipemnts, Software (various OS, Database and Utilities) and peripheral or accessories like Networking, Printers, UPS, ADSL Routers etc..
• Should have fair knowledge of electronics and electrical equipments.
• Should be able to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Should be able to provide required support to Manufacturers during System designing, development, insallation and after sales support activities independntly.
• Should be able to prepare reports and documentation of completed work and project.
• Should be able to demonstrate leading ability & skill to work independently and manage team with a minimal amount of supervision.
• Should be active and hardworking in nature to explore and learn new technology and solutions and to provide training & orientation to team members and end customers.
• Should have very good communication skill and outgoing in field to deal and support customers.
• Should be self-decisive, conscientious and interactive well in  team environment to supervise and manage teachnical team.

    Should have valid Moterbike / 2-Wheeler License.
