Knowledge Management for Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Project

DanChurchAid (DCA) is a faith-based, non-missionary international non-profit organization. We work for the poor, vulnerable and socially excluded communities and believe in life before death. Our everyday work with development and relief aid strives to help the oppressed, neglected and marginalized groups in our focus countries in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America to strengthen their possibilities of a life in dignity. In Nepal, our work focuses on humanitarian response and disaster risk reduction, resilient livelihoods and sustainable food security and promoting social inclusion/governance.

DCA’s WASH projects are designed with the objective to support the recovery of vulnerable people in disaster-affected areas through an improved and sustainable WASH facilities; to promote safe personal, household and community hygiene and sanitation practices in order to reduce the prevalence of water borne diseases; and to engage local government and communities for long term sustainability of the water supply systems.

This Terms of Reference (ToR) is developed to solicit a short-term Knowledge Management Officer as consultant to support documentation on learning from WASH project implemented by DCA in Dhading, Gorkha, and Lamjung districts.
