Job Position: Enquiry Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a wide variety of E commerce customer service and
- Administrative tasks to resolve sales orders, customer issues quickly and Efficiently
- Ability to resolve issues immediately with the highest possible standards to ensure a maximum satisfaction of customer
- Coordinate and liaise with retail outlets in order management
- Create orders on behalf of customers issue bills and update product information and content on the website
- Respond review and resolve customers feedback ensuring follow up is executed
- Manage customer enquiries and feedback, via telephone, live chat, Facebook and other available medias ensuring excellent customer shopping experience in ecommerce channels
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification- Bachelor
- Excellent communication in English and Native language
- Min 2 years of experience
- Team Player
- Knowledge of IT and Ecommerce process flow
