Energy & Environment Officer

VACANCY

MinErgy is looking for an Energy & Environment Officer  based in Kathmandu with frequent field visits. 

Major Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in design, development and dissemination of energy & environmental friendly technologies and products
• Support in smooth implementation of project activities
• Support in developing project concept and project proposals
• Assist in  research and development activities
• Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders as well as build relationship with new clients
• Network with national and international organizations to promote organizational interest
• Document knowhow and lessons learnt
• Prepare reports, presentations and technical handouts

Professional Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in mechanical, renewable or environmental engineering or equivalent degree
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.  Candidates with excellent writing skills will be given higher priority. 
• Excellent computer skills
• Willingness and ability to learn and take challenges
