Vacancy Announcement for Short Term Assignment

FHI 360 , an international NGO, requests applications from qualified individuals for data quality assessment (DQA) of 78 anti-retroviral therapy (ART) sites with support from the United States President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in coordination with National Centre for AIDS and STD Control (NCASC), Save the Children/Global Fund, UNAIDS, World Health Organization (WHO), AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) and ART centers. The period for this assignment is from July to September 2019 .

Required Positions:

DQA Coordinator: [1]

Key responsibilities: Manage and lead team members, coordinate with NCASC and ART sites, and guide DQA Team Leader.

Qualifications and requirements: Master’s degree in public health preferably with team management skills, familiar with tools development, data management, and analysis tools and techniques.

DQA Team Leader: [ 7]

Key responsibilities: Coordinate with the team members, coordinate with ART sites in coordination with LINKAGES Nepal and Save the Children/Global Fund implementing partner agencies, implement DQA in ART sites, collect and consolidated filled DQA sheets and follow-up with team members.

Qualifications and requirements: Master’s degree in public health or bachelor’s degree in public health preferably with sound data management and analysis tools and techniques. Familiar with Government of Nepal ART Program recording and reporting.

DQA Facilitator: [21]

Key responsibilities: Visit ART site, consult/coordinate with ART site, and conduct DQA.

Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor’s degree in health or any related subject preferably with sound data collection and management. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Government of Nepal ART Program recording and reporting.

DQA Admin/Logistic Support: [1]

Key responsibilities: Raise procurement request, manage field travels, and handle admin/finance related issues.

Qualifications and requirements: Intermediate or Bachelor’s in social sciences or business administration preferably with admin and finance-related tasks.
