Position: Dispatch Officer and Asst. Dispatch Officer (Vacancy: 2 Person)

1. Asst. Dispatch Officer

Offered Salary: 15,000 - 25,000/- ( As per capability)

2. Dispatch Officer         

Offered Salary: 25,000 - 30,000/- (As per capability)

Job Specifications:

• Both Male & Female candidates can apply
• Minimum age should be 25 years
• Minimum education should be college graduation
• Strong verbal communication skills required & should be very fluent in Nepali, Hindi & English
• Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize works
• Prior job experience is not mandatory but experienced candidates will be preferred

Job Description:

• Daily email & telephonic correspondence with clients, sales teams, godown teams
• Preparing and updating of dealer accounts, sales/collection/dispatch reports
• Preparing weekly and monthly collection and dispatch reports for senior management

Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Sunday to Friday)
