Pagevamp Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist.

Job responsibilities of Customer Support Specialist include:

• Promptly responding to all customer requests
• Helping customers and partners navigate through Pagevamp’s platforms
• Clearly communicating problems faced by customers to the technical team
• Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems; following up to ensure resolution
• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions
• Announcing product upgrades and new product launches to customers and partners
• Writing product guides to help customers and partners get a good understanding of Pagevamp

Skills we are looking for:

• Excellent communication skills; ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Drive preferred
• Excellent research skills
• Fast learner
