We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to communication with our customers on behalf of an organization.
Job Description:
- Answering or making calls to clients in order to market our services.
- Updating social media networks in a timely manner.
- Should have some researching skills
- Must able to coordinate with team and executives.
- Do some data-entry related tasks if needed.
- Follow the rules and regulations set by the company
- Maintain relations with customer and followup if needed
Job Specification:
- Must be excellent in English and grammar, written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service skill, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Must able to use computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Social media, and other CRM tools, proficiently
- Able to manage time and use decision-making skills
