Job Description:

  • Answering or making calls to clients in order to market our services.
  • Updating social media networks in a timely manner.
  • Should have some researching skills
  • Must able to coordinate with team and executives.
  • Do some data-entry related tasks if needed.
  • Follow the rules and regulations set by the company
  • Maintain relations with customer and followup if needed

Job Specification:

  • Must be excellent in English and grammar, written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skill, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Must able to use computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Social media, and other CRM tools, proficiently
  • Able to manage time and use decision-making skills
