Details / requirements:

Job Description:

  • Deliver a high-quality client service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to enhance sales and new client growth targets.
  • Handling queries of customers over the phone, through emails, or through online chat services on time with an effective way
  • Respond to emails and letters from customers regarding queries, in a timely manner
  • Manage a professional relationship with the customers
  • Perform various Computer/ IT related works to fulfill the office's need.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Should have minimum completed Intermediate(+2) (Management preferred) with experience or bachelors preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Command in English and Nepali (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
  • Must have excellent computer skills, and willing to solve related problems on his own.
  • Microsoft Application Skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, Email)
