As a Sr Cordova Engineer, you will help drive team(s) in meeting project objectives. You will be responsible for the design of complex Mobile Application at the detailed level, code, and build robust automated unit and integration tests. You will collaborate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, QA, DBAs, and Business managers to solve complex problems. To qualify, you must have the following:

Desired Skills

• Experience in mobile development using frameworks like Cordova / PhoneGap
• Expertise in cross-platform mobile applications (IOS, Android) development in PhoneGap.
• Must have a sound understanding and experience of PhoneGap, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery Mobile.
• Experience interacting with Web Services (REST, XML, and JSON) and implementing data serialization/deserialization.
• Excellent Debugging / Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use analytic data and user testing to inform design decision
• Experienced with GitHub and any other version Control tool like SVN.
• Strong understanding of MVC, Object Oriented development & database concepts

 Minimum qualifications

• BS Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of professional development experience in hybrid mobile applications using Cordova, PhoneGap, Ionic or any similar platform is a must.
• At least 2 years of hands-on mobile app development experience with integrated backend services and mobile testing techniques.
• Experience developing/integrating responsive Web applications.Experience using web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP) using JSON, XML.
• Familiar with JavaScript libraries, such as jQuery, Angular, React, iOS & Android SDKs.
