PHASE Nepal, a Non-Governmental Organization registered with the District Administration Office Kathmandu works for the people in remote hilly and mountainous districts of Nepal to provide primary health care services and to improve access to education and livelihood opportunities.

With funding from the Austrian Development Agency, PHASE Nepal has been implementing the “Integrated Programme for the health of women and children in far Western Nepal” from January 2016 in Mugu and Bajura Districts in Western Nepal.

PHASE Nepal is seeking proposals for consultancy services from interested and experienced consultant/firm Team for final evaluation of the project “Integrated Programme for the health of women and children in far Western Nepal”

(Note: The fee mentioned in the ToR is consultants’ fee only. Travel to and from the field will be provided by the organization and a working space will be provided in PHASE Nepal Office in Bhaktapur. However, the consultant should cover for their local travels within Ktm valley themselves).
