Details / requirements:

Should have very pleasant personality and good communication skills.
Sound Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Knowledge of desktop and network troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Router, switch, Access Point, Network devices etc.
Knowledge of Email client application (MS Outlook, Windows Mail etc.)
Knowledge of Network Installation and Network Management.
Knowledge of File Backup and Data recovery.
Knowledge of Printer setup and sharing.
Training and certification courses in related field is preferred.
Able to work in pressure and sometime in odd time also.
Ability to set priorities and work independently.
Should attend telephonic support requests concerning technical issues and general inquiries.
Should be ready to visit and provide necessary support to customers at their premises.
Should create reports and update to supervisor on regular basis.
Should co-ordinate with other departments for effective service delivery.
