1. Perform Annual Maintenance Activities and Help Desk Activities.
2. Troubleshooting of Computer, Printer, Network, CCTV etc.
3. Standby in Bank and INGOs for IT Helpdesk support.
4. Guiding and helping the users in their needs.
5. Upgrades of Service Packs and fixings.
