Civil Engineer/Site Engineer/Engineer

1. Excellent knowledge of Survey Equipment like Total Station, Level Machine
2. Good knowledge of rate analysis as per DOR standard and norms. 

The candidate is responsible for following work but not limited to:

• Designing and estimating all civil structures. Also preparing rates for all BOQ’s for bidding procedure with best rate analysis. Additionally, supporting Business Development Director for  any documentation for bidding process.
• Getting quotations from all possible suppliers through email. Getting approval for the rates and placing purchase order.
• Preparing work schedule on the basis of project time duration, he is responsible to prepare work schedule and convey the same to Project Engineer and taking all reports from Project Manager.
• Dealing with clients for any technical or financial issues and supplying project reports to them.
• Preparing Work Progress Report on weekly basis and presenting it to management.
• He is responsible to deal with all site related issues until the project delivered. He can hire or fire site staff with approval from top management. Should visit site frequently.
