Women’s Rehabilitation Center (WOREC), Nepal is a movement based organization that functions within the premise of human rights and social justice as a prerequisite for peace, social justice and sustainable development and envisions a society free of all kinds of discrimination and injustices towards women. For 27 years, WOREC has established herself as leading national level organization that works to prevent violence against women, its causes and consequences, ensure the economic, social and cultural well-being of women and of other marginalized groups by promoting their access to rights and social justice. Through the major two campaigns namely Violence Against Women (VAW) and Economic, Social and Cultural  Rights (ESCR), WOREC is raising voice, giving on-the-ground services as well as engaged in policy advocacy to facilitate in bringing about a holistic improvement in the status of Women’s Rights in the nation.

WOREC is updating her consultants’ roster in the following areas and calls for expression of interest from individuals with following areas of expertise. A candidate is eligible to apply for one or more areas of expertise:

  1. Trainer/ Resource person for Gender, GBV , Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) including Harmful Traditional Practices, Gender equality and non-discrimination through right based approach
  2. Trainer / Resource person for orientation, review & monitoring of SDG Framework & Mechanisms and other International Human Rights / Treaty Monitoring Mechanisms like CEDAW, ICESCR etc.
  3. Monitoring & Evaluation Expert for developing monitoring tool/ result  based monitoring and tracking tools particularly on the thematic issues like gender, Gender Based Violence , Reproductive Health,Harmful Traditional Practices and Economic empowerment of women, Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR)
  4. Institutional Development Expert
  5. Leadership Development and Advocacy Trainer
  6. Expert on NGO policy documentation
  7. Translator/Interpreter and Nepali and English Language Editor

The applicants are requested to apply with the following documents:

  1. CV with declaration line with signature/e-signature stating all the information on the CV to be correct
  2. Letter of Intentfor becoming listed
  3. Copy of Citizenship
  4. Copy of Legal Documents like PAN and/or VAT registration
