Job Title – Documentation Analyst

Work Experience: 1+ yrs

Required No. 2-4

Salary: Negotiable

Primary Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze documents 
  • Project work as required on new systems and functionality enhancements
  • Carry out tasks related to the job in accordance with the instructions of the superior
  • Proofreading capabilities 
  • Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
  • Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
  • Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
  • Organize and write supporting documents for products
  • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
  • Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
  • Standardize content across platforms and media
  • Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
  • Revise documents as new issues arise

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have confident command of English language both in written and spoken
  • Be accurate and pay attention to details even working under tight deadlines and pressure and/or dealing with multiple types of issues and tasks 
  • Have a logical mindset and interest both in finance and law
  • Take responsibility for assigned work tasks. Adhere to the assigned timeframe
  • Be a team player and be able to work individually at the same time
  • Escalate issues and risks to the supervisor in a timely fashion
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications or any field

Job Title – Business Development Officer

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Director to achieve revenue goals.
  • Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
  • Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
  • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
  • Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  • Prepare the annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
  • Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
  • Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
  • Hire, train and guide the marketing and business development associates.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships with corporate clients, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of securing fundraising or other revenue streams including pro-bono support
  • Evidence of network building in a previous role
  • Evidence of project or program management in a previous role
  • Results driven, dynamic, enterprising and flexible
  • Polished communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Marketing and media experience
  • Experience of supporting or managing internal business processes
