Job Description
- Managing and directing the operations of entire facility
- Maintaining good relationship with all of our associated stake holders and customers
- Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises
- Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money;
- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
- Directing, supervising and training the subordinates for making the experience inside the premises a pleasant one
Job Specifications:
- Should have good knowledge of customer service, entertainment industry
- Should have excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Must be a creative thinker and excellent team player
- Must be a good initiator and possess good negotiation skills
