Associate Web Designer

TITLE: Associate Web Designer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sound knowledge in HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, JavaScript, CSS, and JQuery
• Understanding of responsive design 
• Knowledge of coding newsletter, email marketing templates with compatible with all the email provides (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo etc.)
• Engage in creative collaboration across the organization.
• Develop and create innovative concepts and designs in keeping with project scope: strategic positioning, business requirements and timelines.
• Design interfaces for websites, web applications and mobile applications.
• Ability to research and showcase creativity in designs, concepts and layouts.
• Ability to work in a team and also individually

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide forward-thinking creative concepts.
• Develop and create innovative concepts and designs in keeping with project scope: strategic positioning, business requirements and timelines.
• Work on projects from conceptualization to execution
• Assist in defining UI/UX standards
• Design artwork for creative illustrations and company media products
• Develop stunning designs while also considering product strategy and vision
• Work closely with developers to optimize the user experience.
• Engage in creative collaboration across the organization.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with effective time management skills.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in computer related studies

EXPERIENCE: One year of prior experience in a relevant field would be preferred and favorable.
