Associate Project Manager

Palm Mind IT Company is seeking an Associate Project Manager to take on the responsibility of managing one or more of its software development projects. 

Job Description:

• Understand requirements or coordinate development and documentation of requirements.
• Coordinate with software team to develop project plans and identify required resources.
• Manage schedule, resources and development processes during project execution.
• Identify risks and come up with risk mitigation plans.
• Provide daily or weekly reports to all stakeholders.
• Become a conduit of effective communication among team members and all stakeholders.

Job Specification:

• 1-3 years of experience with software project management.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development process.
• 1-2 years of software development experience.
• Strong familiarity with software development processes.
• Excellent communication skill in English.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, with a strong desire to learn project management techniques.

Educational Description:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
