Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Associate Business Analyst will work with subject matter experts/clients, project management and development team to gather, analyze, define and document business requirements for various projects. He/She will work with the project team during and after project completion to ensure that the final product satisfies the client’s business objectives and end users expectations. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with subject matter experts/clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Work with project team to further analyze, define and document business requirements.
• Prepare User Stories and Condition of Satisfaction.
• Aid the project team during and after the software development life cycle for smooth operation and project handover.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team.
• Present and demonstrate ongoing and completed projects to stakeholders and collect feedbacks.
• Perform functional testing during regular intervals, log issues to bug tracking system and verify fixes.
• Help design, document and maintain system process.
• Research on products and tools as assigned; draft research report and present outcomes.
• Actively contribute to develop and improve the corporate knowledge base.
• Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor in IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle is a must.
• Relevant professional experience of 1+ years (software development project).
• Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize workload
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Knowledge of Financial domain will be a big plus.
• Preference will be given to two-wheeler rider.
