Dharma Adventures Pvt. Ltd, a luxury adventure travel company, catering to an up market clientele, is looking for qualified and skilled full time professional for the positions specified below.

Assistant - Ticketing Executive

Job Description:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
• Assist the Ticketing Manager / Executive in handling and corresponding ticketing related job (Domestic & International) including but not limited to (issuing, reissuing, refund, etc.)
• Dealing with telephones and in-person inquiries efficiently and politely
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering professional service acknowledging their needs
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories as required.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Travel & Tourism (BTTM), or related field
• Minimum 01 year of experience in similar position.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent Organizational skills, interpersonal,  communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an often pressured environment
• Should be a quick learner with a  positive attitude and leading by example
• Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
• Knowledge of IATA system (preferable but not necessary)
