Admin/Recruitment-Intern

We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our team. Intern will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. 

Position: Admin/Recruitment-Intern (Male/Female) -1

Time: Office Hour (Full-time)

Internship Duration: 3 months 

Benefits: Free lunch + traveling allowance

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Intern will be responsible for assisting the staff with general office duties including, but not limited to:
• Take memos, maintain files, and organize documents as needed
• Assist in preparing information and research materials
• Manage databases and input information, data, and records
• Attend company functions and networking events
• Assist and facilitate staff as necessary - whenever needed
