Position: Admin Manager
Salary: 60K (Negotiable)
Experience: 10 years of experience in management or administration.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with a minimum of ten years of experience working in the administration and management (preferably army background)
- Strong motivation, self-starter and organizational/time management skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Excel and MS Package. Logistics and Program understandings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Coordinate work of the administrative aspects.
- Implementing and monitoring the administrative and financial framework.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and forecast monthly office budgets.
- Follow rules and regulations set by the company.
- Should be responsible for the overall operation of the company.
- Human Resource Management
- Management of the staffs of the company.
- Motivating staffs and encouraging them towards the company goal with "can do" attitude.
- Serve as the role model to other company staff.
