Vacancy Announcement 

General Welfare Pratisthan (GWP), a non-governmental Organization, is implementing “HIV Prevention, care, support and treatment services among FSWs, Clients of FSWs and PLHIV in Makawanpur” USAID and PEPFAR funded LINKAGES Nepal Project from the qualified Nepali candidates for the following position. 

1. Position: Admin & Finance Manager -1 

Admin & Finance manager is responsible to maintain projects financial accounts, including account payable, petty cash, consultant contracts and payment, inventory control systems, responsible for submitting financial reports to FHI360 through Project Coordinator and Project Manager in time. As well as he/she will be responsible for budget planning, monitoring and controlling also.

 Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in commerce. Business Administration or studies (BBS. B.Com or BBA).
  • Minimum one year of relevant working experience, preferably within an I/NGO environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
  • Knowledge and skills of MS office (excel, word, PowerPoint).
  • Should have knowledge and understanding of tally program. 
  • Knowledge of preparing regular financial reports, developing project budgeting and conducting financial review.
