Detailed Job Description / Requirements

We are hiring Administration Executive / Manager for our office located at Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur

Candidateswho meet the following criteria can apply directly or send your latest CV to

- Graduate in any discipline

- Experience of over 1 year

- Ability to multitask and take up responsibility proactively

- Young and energetic who loves to work in a start-up environment and willing to grow along

- Strong interpersonal skills along with good verbal and writing skills

- MS Office, Google Docs, Accounting knowledge

- Willing to work odd hours as and when required

- 2 wheeler Driving licence


Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor the day to day running of the business to ensure smooth progress

- Liaise with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic


- Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback

- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organisational objectives

and apply improvements

- Oversee user support processes and organise them to enhance customer satisfaction

- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation - includes office policies, HR


- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors if any

- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics

- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

- Developing and implementing guidelines for employees evaluation, recruitment and promotion

- Identifying and target areas in which a business can improve the operation

- Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees; maintaining and safe

and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
