Details / requirements:

Vacancy for an admin girl in our office is now open, at Shirley Bredal KTM pvt ltd. FULLTIME.

We design and manufacture exclusive and fairtrade clothing and accessories for babies and children.

The job is an all-round admin job , and the main tasks are:

  • email correspondance with our customers , wholesale and retail
  • handling and entering of various types of orders
  • correspondance and coordination of cargo and courier
  • coordination with our production and packing team
  • entering and editing online products
  • entering stock updates online
  • creating order confirmations, invoices, and invoice tracking
  • simple organizing of daily accounts
  • other impulsive tasks

Training will be given for all the above tasks.

Main requirements:

  • A happy good punctual work ethics
  • PERFECT English, both spoken and written is cumpolsary as well
  • GOOD skills  in emailing and word and excell
  • Reasonable simple accounting  skills
  • Postive teamworker

We are a busy, creative but fun office, mainly all female. Located in Gairidara.

The job is full time but oir opening hours are 10-5 PM only, Saturdays off and every second Sunday off as well.
