Job Position: Admin and Finance Assistant

The Position
Nepal Sustainable Travel is looking for Admin and Finance Assistant who will be responsible for the financial and administrative tasks. S/he will provide assistance to the team to maintain daily office functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily financialand administrative duties.
- Ensure proper recording of financial transitions including bills, vouchers and other supporting documents.
- Support drafting professional correspondence such as contracts, agreements letters, and official letters with proper recording and filing for future reference.
- Handleroutine administrative tasksconcerning calls, mail, and electronic communications and routing messages and information to clients.
- Research and gather information regarding the travel, tourism, and hospitality sector in Nepal.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in business studies, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Good command over English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
