Position: Admin/Accounts Assistant (Female)

Offered Salary: 15,000-25,000/- (As per capability)  

Job Specifications:

• Both Male & Female candidates can apply
• Minimum age should be 25
• Minimum education should be college graduation
• English typing and letter writing skills required. Nepali Typing skills also required
• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Should have basic knowledge of accountancy, including Tally
• Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize works
• Prior job experience is not mandatory but experienced candidates will be preferred
• Should be willing to work overtime

Job Description:

• Daily email & telephonic correspondence with suppliers, customers, banking, govt. agencies etc.
• Assisting in import documentation LC/TT/DAP work
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for senior management
• Preparing letters for banking and various other statutory permissions

9:30 am to 6:30 pm (Sunday to Friday)
