Accounting Officer

RB Merchant Pvt. Ltd. is a medical equipment distributor with a focus on Radiotherapy and Radiology product line for various multinational companies. We are looking for an experienced Accounting Officer to be a part of our team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate degree or above in Business-related subjects with exposure to Accounting
• At least 1-year experience in a related field
• Very comfortable with software; good experience of using Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of the latest amendments in Tax Law.
• Teamwork and good interpersonal abilities.
• Meeting deadlines and time management skills.
• Must have a valid two-wheeler license.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing daily reports and maintaining books of accounts.
• Prepare weekly payment statements and communicate with clients.
• Prepare deposit slips, payment slips and transfers.
• Process invoices and track bank deposits and payments.
• Assist in financial audits.
• Undertake any other duties as directed.
