A reputed Co-operative/financial institute in Kathmandu. 

Position: Account cum Office Manager - Male 

Working hour: 9 am to 5:00 pm 

Salary: Nrs. 20,000 (Negotiable) 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Minimum bachelor degree holder.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in accounts and administration.
  • Excellent command over English and Nepali both in written and spoken.
  • Should have worked in accounting software Tally.

Job Duties: 

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.
  • Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
  • Coordinate work of the administrative aspects.
  • Implementing and monitoring the administrative and financial framework.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and forecast monthly office budgets.
  • Follow rules and regulations set by the company.
  • Should be responsible for the overall operation of the company.
  • Human Resource Management 
  • Management of the staffs of the company.
  • Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
