ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• As an assistant account you will undertake tasks such as filing, typing, basic bookkeeping, handling mail and making phone calls. Other typical duties may include:
• Management of petty cash transactions. Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
• Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts. Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate. Preparation of statutory accounts. Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, with knowledge of accounting softwares. 
• One or more years of experience on relevant position. Ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment and under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and tactful manner. Adhere to strict confidentiality involving, staffing concerns and internal/external correspondence
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Nepali 
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
