1. Job Title: Account Assistant
Job Description
- Prepare accounting vouchers complying with Income Tax and other Act.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis and report to Finance Manager.
- Collect Cheque or cash and deposit in Bank.
- Maintain and manage Petty Cash Fund in effective way.
- Prepare and deliver necessary correspondence to Bank, Collect bank statements.
- Assit Finance Manager for Compliance of relevant acts.
- Perform other necessary tasks as required by Finance Manager and other senior management.
Job Specification
- Excellent organizational skill and an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure, paying attention to details and team spirit with other staffs.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Tally, Typing)
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
Min. Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree completed and 1 Year experience in related field.
2. Job Title: Receptionist
The roles and responsibilities of the Front Desk Officer are as follows:
Job Description
- Greet guests visiting to office with good gestures.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Check, sort and forward emails on the basis of priority.
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing and faxing.
- Perform other necessary tasks as required by senior management.
Specific Qualification/Requirement for the Position
- Excellent skill and an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure, paying attention to details and team spirit with other staffs.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email internet and typing speed)
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree completed and 1 year experience in relevant field.
