Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), Sarlahi is a Non-Governmental organization working with OXFAM with its financial and technical support. Currently, we are looking for the professional eligible suppliers in Nepal that have enough experiences and capacity in the supply work. If you would like to be a part of the work, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

• Details specification and required quality are described in the TOR which can be collected from the BWSN office at the address given below. Bidders also can requested TOR through the below email.
• Tender document will be issued from 24 June 2021 onwards
• The deadline for submission of tender documents is on 30 June 2021 by 14:00 Hrs.
• Bidder can request the TOR by the email but bidder must submit the Tender documents with hard copy. 
• Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm from Sunday to Friday except BWSN holidays.
• To collect the TOR, visit to the below mentioned address with the copy of business registration, VAT registration and Tax clearance certificate of FY 2076/77. Any bid received after the closing deadline, shall be returned directly to the bidder. If the last date of submission and opening falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
• Bid will be opened immediately after the deadline date in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend at 15:00 hours of last submission date at the office of BWSN, Sarlahi.
• You can bid for single tender or two or all as per your eligibility. BWSN reserves right to award either fully or partially of the tenders to different bidders as per requirement.
• BWSN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
