for 

Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment

Funded by Karuna Germany and EKFS, Green Tara Nepal invites quotations for the procurement of the Medical equipment. The interested company/supplier/vendor is requested to submit their quotation.

Selection Criteria:

• Bidder must submit a cover letter along with quotation.
• Bidder should submit their quotation completing Annex-1 (along with other supporting documents).

Required documents:

1. VAT or PAN registration certificate
2. Copy of Company Register (certificate) with renewal till 2077/2078
3. Quotation (Print and fill the Form: Annex-1)
4. Tax payment certificate for 2077 /78
5. Vendors should submit a sample piece of each item to Green Tara Nepal Office, Baluwatar Kathmandu

Interested bidders meeting the above-mentioned criteria are requested to send a sealed quotation along with the required documents to the Green Tara Nepal office, Lamtangin Marga House no 637/20 Baluwatar Kathmandu, no later than 29 September 2022 (13 Ashoj, 2079) before 17.00 hrs. Please mention “BMNH Project- Purchase Quotation” as the subject envelope.
