1. Sealed Quotation must be submitted to the address given below, before December 14, 2025, by 4.00 PM. Quotation will be opened at Community Development and Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN) head office Bardibas-1, Mahottari at 1:00 PM on 15 December 2025.
2. The qualified bidders must to be submit this document.
   • Up to date company registration certificate.
   • VAT registration certificates.
   • Up to date tax clearance certificate.
   • A written declaration made by the Bidder stating that the Bidder is not ineligible to participate in the bid: has no conflict of interest in the bid procurement proceedings and has not been punished for the profession or business-related offence.
   • Relevant previous work experience certificate.
   • Other related documents as needed.

Note: CDAFN reserves the right to accept or reject any/all quotation document without necessary reason.
