Invitation for Sealed Quotation for supplying Tools and Equipment

Community Development Forum (CDF), Nepal, an NGO based in Charikot, Dolakha districtis implementing Water Security and WASH Resilience project in partnership with WaterAid Nepal in Kalinchowk & Shailung Rural Municipalities. CDF, Nepal invites sealed Quotation from eligible Suppliers for the procurement of Tools and Equipment under competitive sealed quotation procurement process.

Detailed Information of Sealed Quotation is as follows.

1.   Quotation form can be downloaded from here or by following the link below

2.   Sealed Quotation hard copy must be submitted to the following office address in specified date/time and must contain Renewal Company registration Cerfiticate, PAN/VAT registration certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 2076/77)

3.   The Quotation opening event will be done in the presence of suppliers' representatives who choose to attend at 4:15 PM on 7th day of Quotation opening at the office of CDF Nepal. Quotation will be opened even if suppliers or their representatives do not attend for the event.

4.   If the last date of quotation submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. 

5.   Selected suppliers are required to supply the equipment at the office.

6.   Period of material Supply: Maximum 15 days from the date of purchase order.

7.   Organization reserves the rights to accept or reject the quotation document fully or partially.

8.   The quotation documents received incomplete or without mandatory documents and beyond the timeline will not be processed.

9.   All other things not clearly mentioned in the notice will be in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.

10.   Evaluation of the received quotation will be done on package basis(not on individual ítem  basis)

11.    If the selected suppliers do not come to make agreement or do not supply the materials as agreed, they will be taken to the process of blacklisting.
